THE LA VIE SOUS TERRE IS A BOUTIQUE HOTEL LOCATED IN DOWNTOWN BOSTON, MA. THIS WAS AN EXISTING BUILDING THAT WE HAVE REVITALIZED AND BROUGHT UP TO CODE. THE DESIGN INTENT WAS TO CREATE A SUSTAINABLE HOTEL FOR A UNIQUE GUEST EXPERIENCE.
Empowerment- - the granting of the power, the authority to perform acts. Empowerment gives people control to set the direction that will make their lives happier and fulfill. THE NEXT HUB is an environment that helps people of their community find freedom and resources to learn and create new ways to challenge themselves, they are able to socialize with other community members and help achieve their next goals in life.
Next Office
Based on the movie Burlesque the location of the bar and grill is in La at the same location as the movie.
The idea was to turn the bar and grill Into a sexy fun vibe.
A place where you can escape and have some fun and be entertained.

The design for West Haven High School was inspired by nature and organic shapes. Nature portrays growth, healing, relaxation, and beauty. Bringing nature and organic shapes into the school helps students to learn and grow. This unique design inspiration sets West Haven High apart from other schools and encourages students to enjoy learning here.

After renovating their kitchen they wanted to create a bathroom for their family and guest as their only bathroom is located on the second floor of their home.

After looking at many houses we found one that would be best for the client and their wants and needs this is a modern farmhouse home it is one story with a basement with 2705 square foot home it has a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom 3 car garage mudroom and a bounce room in the attic.

SCOTTSDALE LABOR AND DELIVERY CENTER
Scottsdale Arizona is located in the eastern part of Maricopa County in the Greater Phoenix area Scottsdale was founded in 1894 with a population of 265,249. The Scottsdale Labor and Delivery Center was inspired by the stunning shapes, colors, and beauty of the Antelope canyon. Antelope Canyon is split into two with an upper and lower half created by flash floods and rainfall which happens in the northern part of Arizona. Throughout the Scottsdale labor & delivery center, we incorporated clean lines and curves. We also included colors such as muted red, orange, and brown, along with pops of green and blue.
